I was fortunate to work there when we were a big, national company. I had the opportunity to travel and work in many different states. I learned and taught about what customer service really is, management skills and working with teams at risk. At the end of that career, I had a 14 state territory that I was responsible for training in customer service, management training and helping during transitions (the first time downsizing, rightsizing was used). The next focus was using what I learned with 'teams at risk' and teaming up with Tom in working within the construction industry. We worked with 'project teams at risk'. Joining forces with Tom in developing an intervention process was fun and exciting, but that process, after successfully delivering it many times it took it's toll. After almost 20 years, we were ready to make a career change again. Now, we work for Russ at FRONTLINE. We are traveling around this region, learning all about it and we love taking photographs and helping people with their dreams. As Russ says, 'we are living the dream'.
