Kathy is a long-time resident of North Central WA (NCW) with the mission to provide concierge-class service for 2-3 clients at a time. Whether it's buying, selling or relocation, she focuses all her energies on the entire purchase and sales process for greatest success utilizing Keller Williams' vast network and resources.

As an international award-winning salesperson for the Dale Carnegie organization, Kathy worked with top companies in upstate NY, promoting Dale Carnegie training programs. Kathy also was a franchisee for a recruiting firm, winning national awards. Her most recent work experience was in overseeing grants, contracts and government compliance for tree fruit research (apples, cherries, pears). Her sales background combined with her knowledge of the local tree fruit scientists and administrators has translated into a successful real estate career.
